I just tried Dish and Dram for breakfast and asked to sit outside on the patio. It was lovely and the food was perfect. I had scrambled eggs, slab bacon & pan fried potatoes. I think i have found my new favorite breakfast place.

This cozy restaurant, sister to The Daily Dish on Grubb Road, is a great find. Promoted as farm to table, the innovative chef creates unique dishes with wonderful flavors: spicy tomato-based crab soup, eggplant with Smokey feta & veg, shrimp and fried green tomato appetizer with pimento flavored cream cheese and arugula. Wow! Pumpkin cheese cake was heaven and coffee was rich and nice. The front room with bar can get noisy; the back room when full not so loud but could use some absorbent materials. I don't care for the overhead lights glaring down on us, especially with the olive drab paint. They warmed up the room on a chilly night so that was helpful. Family friendly. Great friendly service. Free parking lot by Johnson Garden Center. I'll definitely go back after two visits.

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at the Dish & Dram! The whole team is cheery, knowledgeable, competent, attentive, and fun. My family and I are regulars for weekend brunch, and the warm welcome we receive every week makes us all smile! Perfect for kids (the staff will hype up your child’s art), families, and groups. My favorite is the challah French toast, my girlfriend’s is the rotating omelettes, and her mom is always raving about the freshness of the produce (especially tomatoes and beets).

This review is about the Dougies Backyard Pop at this place in 10/11/20. We ordered to go and Mathew who answered all my questions was very polite and responsive. We got the prefixed menu and fried plantains. 1. Salt fish salad (5/5) it was great had a big slice of Avocado which was creamy added a lot of texture to the salad. 2 Pumpkin and Chicken feet soup (4/5) it was a bit velvety for me. It needs some salt and spice in it. 3. Escoveiche Red Snapper (5/5) It had a great taste and it was perfectly cooked. The pickled veggies were a great addition. The fried Bammy had a lot of coconut flavor. I would not recommend if you don’t like coconut. 4. Five spice chicken (5/5) it was amazing. Crispy outside and Tender inside with lot of flavor. 5. Goat and Lime leaf Stew (4/5) It had flavor and the meet was cooked well. The only problem was it was a bit watery. Addition of coconut milk to it would have been amazing. But overall a great experience.

I visited from out of town and picked this spot because of a picture of pie on their Google business page. I'm more than glad I was enticed! The place is adorable and the vibe was just my style. Service (Chelsea) was courteous, friendly and awesome. The food was fresh and delicious. And I did have a piece of pie which was delectable. It give it all the thumbs up.

I had the lunch special sandwich, tomato soup and Cesar salad. The food was good. It all had a slightly original flavor. The sandwich was a chicken salad sandwich. The salad dressing had a sour note to it. Surprising but delicious. The fish tacos were also delicious.

The breakfast burrito was so yummy! The breakfast potatoes were tasty too… The beer was well priced too compared to other restaurants in the Montgomery County area. My wife got the BBQ sandwich and it reminded her of the good BBQ from Richmond, VA.
